Oh, now I get it!

"Writing a novel is like driving a car at night. You can only see as far as your headlights, but you can make the whole trip that way."
- E. L. Doctorow

I think I needed to hear this a long time ago. Write on!!

Ok---so this sounds easy enough---and I thought that it would be a bit more difficult.

Write on, girl!

I think this means that when the sun comes up you are in the wrong state, perhaps the wrong country and on the wrong side of town and the hawlk you are currently thinking of making your main character needs to hear William F. Buckley to get his voice down and William F. Buckley is dead, for crying out loud. Then what?

Kind of sounds like life with teenagers, too! LOL! And what's that other thing about writing what you know? Either way, I'm screwed! LOL! You go write for both of us, mmkay?
